Services

I love to talk about cheese and to try to pass on some of the passion I have for it. I can give informal talks and tastings (also including wine, beer or whisky) at our shop in the Markthalle im Viadukt in Zürich, at the International Beer Bar (for pairings with beer only) or in your home, company premises, restaurants and hotels. I can also hold joint presentations and tastings with experts in wine and whisky.
